Google Analytics[1] is your friend.

You can edit your trac templates to add the javascript to all pages, or
write a macro or use the html processor directive to include the javascript
in individual pages. I did a quick search on trac-hacks[2] and didn't find
any macros/plugins.

For an example of using the html processor tactic, see this page[3] from
trac-hacks. It's pretty straight-forward.
