The original ini file is there. It the one that comes out of the box.
They had started using it before getting it to me for customization.

I put in a drop-down list in the ticket-custom field. That is it. I am
sure the database is still there. I know we have sqlite. Do I need to do
a database command or something?

You shouldn't lose the tickets when you change the ini file. They'll
still be in the database, just not visible for some reason.

What did you change? Did you keep a back up of the ini file before you
made the changes?
