I have a Trac 0.9.3 running, and i'm migrating to another server which is running Trac 0.10.3.1 (without any problems), but i'm having problems with my DB (postgres). The codification appear to be ok [latin1 when i verify with pgadmin], The tickets that was on the old version of trac seems with a wrong encoding, but if i create a new ticket, the encoding of the new one is ok. I had alredy set my charset to iso-8859-1 on the trac.ini file, but doesn't works...
Someone knows a solution to this problem?
