I guess my situation is quite specific, in that the download action would be used most often, and we would (almost) never want to view the contents of a file through Trac. The reason I posted in the first place is that Trac recognizes .eps files made in Illustrator as renderable, but never actually renders them. This means we can't even get to the info page for those files. Also, for some reason, it sometimes displays .doc files as if they were .txt files.
