This is for those of you who have used this plug-in. I don't care if a ticket is billable or not, so for tickets I've removed the Billable checkbox (via trac.ini). I have just started added tickets and time estimations and so far all Total Hours are 0.
>From the plug-in page on TracHacks, billing reports "Currently are the only time based reports, and are therefore useful for getting an estimate what tickets had times (and totals), and which developers spent their time where." So for the Ticket Work Summary, Milestone Work Summary, and Developer Work Summary does that mean those tickets must be checked as Billable in order to show in these reports? When I bring up either of these reports I get this error: Report execution failed: (1054, "Unknown column '0' in 'order clause'") Maybe it's me just but the information on the plug-in page really isn't clear and doesn't offer much, especially for understanding how the Management page works.
