I had a different, but related issue.  The summary of work remaining,
used the estimates for a ticket, no matter what, even if the ticket
was closed.

so, if I had 10 tickets, estimated at 10 hours each, I had 100 hours
of estimated work.
if  I did 5 tickets in 1 hour each, and closed them, my estimated time
remaining was 95 hours (not 50)

I had to go in and update the report queries.
all this tool does as far as I can tell is add 3 custom fields, and
some custom reports.

however, a lot of other tools rely on 2 of those custom fields
(estimate, and total hours)

basically, you need to edit the reports.
