The AutoQueryPlugin does something else: it turns the field *labels* into links to queries for tickets with the same field value, thus allowing to quickly find "like" tickets.
Wikifying the keywords field would be possible, but I'm not sure this would be useful to many people, and therefore I doubt that it would be accepted into core.
