Hi,

I like to install an issue tracker for somebody who needs only an
issue tracker, but no wiki, no version control etc. Does trac fit
into this? Or do people suggest RoundUp or OTRS?

Does somebody know whether the following features are supported
by trac (given the right plugins, of course):

- e-mail (unformatted) to [EMAIL PROTECTED] go automatically into
the ticket tracker (is email2trac the right tool?)

- e-mail responses from within the ticket tracker to the bug
reporter or arbitrary people (or is it better to use an MUA
and CC the trac system?) This is important, because the trac
web interface will only be visible internally. (are CcSelector
  or AnnouncerPlugin helpful here?)

- list all tickets belonging to a certain bug reportert/customer,
even if they have more than one e-mail address (can the
  ClientsPlugin be used for this?)

Thanks in advance!

P.S. If I need any plugins, that are not yet part of Debian,
I will package them, of course.
