I was looking through the FAQ and saw a question about using a dropdown list for setting a ticket's owner. I'd like to do this, but I don't want the list to include anyone who has logged in. My project is for a community of hundreds, and I'd like any of them to be able to log in, but only about a dozen people should ever own a ticket.
Is there any way to put only those people into a dropdown for setting the ticket (regardless of who else logs in), or do I need to stick with freeform text entry? -- -D.
