Well, when you say yourself 'I know VisualSVN is not officially supported',
then you claim 'I guess trac does not work on windows', I don't quite grok
the issue. Do you really expect that configuration to work?

Roll back to officially supported python and svn builds, then maybe work
from there and update components one at a time to figure out where the
breaking point is. I know that is usually the beginning points of
troubleshooting, getting on supported versions of code =)

Also, in the trac.ini for your environment, you configure the error log
location. Check out your config file, and either see where / what is being
logged, or set the location to a place you can get at it.
