Thanks to both potter and jevans for your replies. I've linked the "View Tickets" button to go to a specific report by putting
tickets.href = /report/7 in to my trac.ini. That was good, but people could still run Custom Queries or go to Available Reports and see other peoples tickets. I've installed PrivateTicketsPlugin and it seems to do exactly what I need. Thanks for the pointer.
