Btw, the idea of a plugin that allows SVN commits striked me more than once. We use Trac both for software developers and for "less technical staff". They have sometimes to get a document from SVN (which they can do easily using the Trac web interface) as well as updating a file (for which they have to use e.g. Tortoise SVN on Windows).
