Hello, I've been using TRAC for a couple years and have been very happy with it. I've noticed that a lot of non-technical users however instinctively try to respond to TRAC notification e-mails, rather than going to the webpage with the ticket to add their comments.
Does TRAC or https://subtrac.sara.nl/oss/email2trac/wiki/Email2tracParse allow us to set up something so that if a user responds to an email, like above a line, then the comment would get added to the ticket?
