Hello, Is it possible to configure a user to be notified about unassigned tickets? We'd like to have a person responsible for bug triage and assignment, and have emails go to this user when a new ticket is created with no owner so that it doesn't fall through the cracks, or when the owner is removed from a ticket.
I have read through the documentation and googled around a bit, and haven't found anything so far. Thanks! ----Scott.
