I reconfigured, made, and installed subversion 1.6.9. I also did the same for swig-py. I can now confirm that all the libsvn* libraries in / usr/local/lib/. I also ran updatedb and running
locate libsvn_swig_py-1.so.0 find the library. But...now Trac is complaining about a different library Unsupported version control system "svn": "libsvn_ra_neon-1.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" libsvn_ra_neon-1.so.0 is in fact in /usr/local/lib/ What is the reason that /usr/local/lib/ isn't being checked?
