Sorry, I'm not sure what you're actually asking.

If you're asking if you need to install the Trac software on each machine, the answer is no - Trac itself is server-based software. You should only ever need one active installation.

I've never used TracExplorer myself, but I can tell you my company has used TortoiseSVN on Windows quite happily with Trac and SVN for some time now.
