Must be http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/7876 which was fixed one year 
and a half ago, in 0.11.2.

0.11 is getting a bit old, there have been lots of minor stable release 
since then, and as a rule of thumb when making a new installation you 
should always take the latest stable 
(http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracDownload#LatestStableRelease).
