I've run into a couple of places where Trac seems to accept an action,
but then the expected result doesn't appear.

The two main ones are:
(1) Adding a new milestone, which seems to complete OK (and no errors
in the logs), but then the new milestone doesn't appear in RoadMap, or
Admin/Milestones, or anywhere else that I can find. Interestingly,
editting a milestone works fine...

(2) Attaching a file to a ticket, which again seems to complete OK,
but then the attached file is not visible under any view of the ticket
that I can generate.

Environment:
Trac 0.11, Apache 2.2, SVN 1.6.6 (r40053), Windows Server 2008,
clients are Windows XP-SP3/Firefox 3.6.3

I have enabled logging in Trac and Apache, and the POST to upload the
file yields a 200 response.
For the milestones problem, I have watched the network with Wireshark,
and most of the expected pages come back as status 304 - Not Modified,
so It could be a timezone problem, I suppose... though Apache seems to
have its TZ vars set right, as does trac.ini

Other notes: SVN is served (through a different virtualhost than Trac)
on the same Apache setup, as well as through the svnserve mini-server.
Trac is set to use the svnserve, I believe. All repos (both the trac
projects' associated ones, and the non-Trac ones are able to be
browsed with Tortoise's repo browser, both locally and remotely. Trac,
SVN, and Apache are all installed on the same computer, running MS
Windows Server 2008

Any insight from more experienced Traccers would be appreciated!

Regards,
Dick Martin-Shorter
