Yes. And I had tried Remy's suggestion:
You should restore a clean 0.11.7 database, uninstall 0.11.7, install
0.12, and finally run "trac-admin upgrade".
But after seeing your two messages, I reinstalled, this time using yum
rather than "python setup.py install" from source.
That worked!
