My guess is that (1) you have an existing subversion server running, (2) you have installed trac and run the tracd daemon and (3) you want help configuring a third-party Visual Studio add-in called "Trac Explorer" ([1] http://sourceforge.net/projects/vstrac/). As this is the vanilla Trac users mailing list we can only really help with (2) According to [1] the best source of help for Trac Explorer is a different google group ([2] http://groups.google.com/group/tracexplorer), try asking your question there. If you need help getting trac itself configured and running properly, alongside your subversion server, then try to explain what the problem is you need help solving.
