IMHO , I like well written and comprehensive (and example-driven)
documentation of software projects . Nonetheless, I have so many
problems to solve and ideas to implement using Trac (and my lifetime
limit is about ... 120 yo ?) that the time I'd dedicate to
over-document plugins , I prefer to spend it in developing new
functionalities ... ;o)

Yes, "sources are the best documentation" , but not the only one ...
