A workaround for the JQuery issue, as is stated in http://voji.hu/?p=55

sudo ln -s /usr/share/pyshared/trac/htdocs/js/jquery.js /usr/lib/
python2.6/dist-packages/trac/htdocs/js/jquery.js

Works for me.
