Difficult to answer but honestly : it's the best Trac theme out there
(... I'm so humble ... )
:D

Cool !

I suggest you to try the latest version 1.0.1 that I've submitted to
SF.net [1]_ , Bitbucket [2]_ & PyPI [3]_ few minutes ago . It's
significantly better than the previous version and fixes some major
issues I found using Opera ; as well as others related to odd
behaviors of ThemeEnginePlugin. It contains the following enhancements
:

{{{
$ hg log -r tracmacos_1.0.1:tracmacos_1.0
changeset:   39:754553973b43
tag:         tracmacos_1.0.1
summary: TracMac: Active handler identified. Fixed issues with
styles. Icons added.

changeset:   38:e1764f5e08ba
summary: TracMac: Updated TODOs, removing irrelevant images.

changeset:   37:0d7500382b8d
summary: TracMac: Adding `setup.cfg` for sdists.

changeset:   36:c91fdabe1874
summary: TracMac: Fixed issues with Opera & drop-down menus +
hover on toolbar button

}}}

The theme is tested using Firefox , Opera & Google Chrome . Safari
will be added to the list , hopefully soon . I have no plans to
support Internet Explorer (and it's quite unlikely that I'll have it
in the next 200 years ;o) but if somebody notices that there are
issues with it (quite possible, indeed ...) and wants to enhance the
theme so as to make it work with that browser, patches will be welcome
& committed as long as they won't conflict with other browsers. Don't
be shy , just read the instructions to collaborate [4]_ , create the
patch and enhance it using MQ .

It would be very cool if you (users) contribute by :

  - Reporting issues related to Browser
    compatibility (different versions, OS, etc ...)
  - Suggesting images
  - Proposing enhancements to make it look as
    similar to Mac as possible
  - Submitting patches [4]_
  - ...

PS: The plugin uses images found in Mac4Lin, Albook extended icon
sets, as well as other Creative Commons sources (mostly from
deviantart ... e.g. the red & gray Finder ;o) , so I thank them all
for their dedication while creating all those amazing pictures.
