Hi, The Sage project [1] uses Trac 0.11.5 as its bug tracking system [2]. Many people have expressed an interest in being co-owners of a component. Some components have two or three co-owners. In the case of three co-owners of a component, e.g. X, we notice that some or all of the co-owners don't receive email notification when a new ticket is created and filed under component X. I would like to know why this happens and if there is a workaround other than upgrading to the latest stable version of Trac.
