Note that the FlashEmbedMacro is a 0.11 version. I've not upgraded to 0.12
yet myself, so maybe someone else is better to respond on issues with 0.11
plugins on Trac 0.12.

Did you also have this spelling error in trac.ini? If so, did you restart
your frontend after update?
