Yes, I had that error also in my trac.ini because of a wrong copy and
paste. I fixed it there but I didn't restart, that was the problem.

My first test was to reboot, and now it works. However, what is the proper
way? I am using mod_python with apache. apache2ctl graceful would be
enough?

To experiment, I edited trac.ini, reintroduced the error, reloaded the
page without restarting anything and the video was not appearing. Then I
corrected the mistake, reloaded the page again without restarting and the
video was showing. So it seems to me that trac.ini is read for every page
reload. 

So, now I'm a little confused about whether reloading is necessary or not.
Anyway it's not so important since the problem is solved.
