There are example workflows provided with trac ~ these are in ini file format and specify all the states and transitions (see the article). Once you start growing your own, TracWorkflow also includes a link to an online form where you can paste your workflow and it displays the corresponding graph for you (very useful!):- http://foss.wush.net/cgi-bin/visual-workflow.pl Yes, there are risks in getting inconsitencies, so it is a good idea to work in a test environent with a few tickets and your custom workflow config before you start editing a live environment!
