I think what you're after is some sort of combined sort (ie sort by field
two within field one). Strikes me there's nothing "out of the box" but you
should be able to whip up a custom SQL based report to do it using
the priority and an additional custom field.

Mylyn/Eclipse plugin is totally different to Trac so if it's Mylyn you're
trying to achieve this in then yes, you're asking in the wrong place :-)
