I'm trying go get the name of the ticket updater on the notifications, I've applied the 3 patches according to http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/8360 which is related to http://trac.edgewall.org/changeset/10421 . Files I've patched: notifications.py tickets/notifications.py tests/notifications.py Seems to be fixed on the code, but I still can't get it to work. I've updated my trac.ini with: [notification] ... smtp_from_author = true .. But still not working, the email still going out as "Trac" and not as the user who updated the ticket.
