I just installed the IncludeMacro on my repositories and for it to work, a user must have INCLUDE_URL permission. Unfortunately that action is not in the list on the Permissions admin. I've googled all over the place trying to find a way to add it with the trac-admin tool, to no avail. When I try to trick it by adding to the group named "INCLUDE_URL", it complains about all uppercase letters in the group.
