Hi there,

I'm new to this list, but I've searched some archives for a solution of my
problem, unfortunately without any success.

I'm responsible for our enterprise's issue tracking.
We're using trac 0.11 with Agilo for Scrum.
We manage several projects within one trac and svn environment, so there is a
demand of using TracPrivateTickets 2.0.2 in order to collaborate with our
clients and external developers.
I'd like to continue using trac, but when having this problem it's hard to do
so and to defend it from suggestions like changing of our project management
system.

My problem:

I cannot see any of the effects that plugin should cause.
I can see in the trac admin area that it's installed, permission like
TICKET_VIEW_REPORTER, etc. are selectable, trac.ini is edited like shown on
http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/PrivateTicketsPlugin.

Though e.g. Ticket reporters can't see tickets they created.

Could you please provide some hints how to prove that I installed the plugin
correctly?
What further information should I post here?

Thanks very much in advance!

Cheers
Klaus
