I am toying with the idea of a user-specific wiki-start page. I am
curious if anyone else has done this.

My first thought was to use the Include macro as:

        [[Include users/$USER]]

But is seems $USER is not parsed here. So I get a message that
users/$USER is not found.

Any better ways to do this?

I do not want to make this something complicated. But it has to be
robust. As a minimum, if a user-specific page is not found, then a
default page should be shown.

Any suggestions?

Yours sincerely,

Roger Oberholtzer
