You're welcome. It's been a busy week for Trac for me. :-) A new
plug-in and a couple of patches!

I think this would require a more extensive modification... I think
what needs to happen is that the IncludeMacro needs to check for the
existence of the page... it turns out that it already does that later
in the script... so I think I've got an implementation of this going
now as well.

The attached patch replaces the one I gave you before... you should do:
svn revert includemacro/macros.py
before you try applying it.

You can configure the default page by adding the following to the trac.ini:
[includemacro]
default_page=users/unknown

And you can adjust where that points obviously. :-) Though I didn't
make it so fancy that it can point to any kind of trac resource... it
will only work for wiki pages.
