If you use windows, the problem may be related with two dynamic library.
libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll.

There are multiple version of the dynamic library in your system and Python
can not find the correct ones.

Just add your subversion bin path to your start of system environment
variables PATH (C:\svn-win32-1.7.2\bin). Restart your computer.
