I have a workflow process that is not reflected in the available Trac ticket statuses. I have been doing research and trying examples I've found for about a week now without any real success. Can anyone at least point me in the right direction, or offer some suggestions? I tried to add it to the BitNami Trac Stack\apps\trac\conf\trac.conf file, but after saving the file I was unable to successfully start the Apache server again. I have tried to work with the workflow files, but they also lacked the one additional status for when a ticket has been tested but not yet deployed (verified/staged).
