Yes! I can't understand why it's not working.

I have created the user with this command:

$sudo -H -u www-data htpasswd -cm /var/lib/svn/svn-auth-file kamilla

And I've added the permissions with this command:

$trac-admin /var/lib/trac/wolla/ permission add kamilla TRAC_ADMIN
