This is a no-go, at least with current code. Include wiki macro is provided by a Trac plugin [1], so Trac core out of question for that feature request. Regarding the plugin, there is a ticket for adding remote authentication, that is already close to your request [2]. The main thing that has to be done now is to replace the fixed user:passwd args with a more intelligent code to retrieve the user from current request. No idea right-away, how to store the proxy password in a sane way inside Trac. For a personal hack there might be solutions, but nothing, that could be trustworthy for professional use. But by now you've certainly got the big picture and can work from there on. Keeping the plugin maintainer informed about progress on your side would be smart to get this feature accepted and included for everyone's benefit in a timely manner.
