I have a TRAC site which when I use the search box and enter my ID it finds all the tickets of which I am the owner.
However, if I enter another person's ID it finds nothing. This person is in the system and is the owner of several tickets and does show up in reports. Just not search. WHY?!? And it is picking on her. For everyone else it works fine. I have deleted and re-added her, NADA. Thanks of any suggestions.
