Yes, we are encountering the same problem since upgrading to Trac 1.0.1 and Agilo 1.3.9. I have tried it several times on a project that does not have the Agilo plugin and haven't seen the problem. However on a fresh project with Agilo I have seen it. I posted a question on the Agilo Users Group as well to see if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue.
