I recently moved over a couple of projects to a new environment, and now
when I create a ticket, I get: "IntegrityError: duplicate key value
violates unique constraint "ticket_pkey"  DETAIL:  Key (id)=(1) already
exists."

I *can* see and modify all the tickets, just not add one.  How can I get
trac "caught up" with the current ticket id?
