Sounds pretty much like an issue related to that 'moving' of Trac db content. The last/next row pointer for the (ticket?) db table is not offset correctly. Probably this could be fixed by a simple db maintenance action? (What db backend do you use?) Did you move the whole db or actually re-import db content into a new db at the new location? Did you already try alternative ways to import db data, if applicable?
