I already tried that. The problem was solved. My server was installed incorrectly. My administrator Infrastructure, downloaded a version of branch development Ubuntu12.10. This version has a deb package Trac_0.12.3. This causes conflict with my instance Trac1.0 My solution was to remove this package (apt-get remove). After that I had problems with some plugins. Example the AccountManager. Reinstalled the plugins, including jsGantt.
