I haven't moved a Trac environment between Windows and Linux, but I can't
think of much that will cause you trouble.
 1. Use `trac-admin $env hotcopy` to create a copy of your environment
 2. Modify paths in trac.ini as necessary

The most time consuming part may be just getting all of the dependencies
installed, and configuring your web server. Will you be using the same web
server for both environments? If you are moving from, e.g. IIS for Apache,
you might have a bit of work to do there.
