Hi RjOllos, Sorry for the belated response. I'd like to have the ticket deleted in its entirety. I tried doing this myself by changing the ticket content/details and changing the ticket status to closed, which in my experience with project/product development management systems, admins will close out and archive and/or delete the ticket. I just checked and the ticket still exists... At least the removal of my client's company's name will keep search engines from listing the ticket/site in search results...
