I'm able to create a ticket using email2trac and able to reply to the 
ticket directly from email to the ticket using email2trac plugin.

But while creating a ticket or updating a ticket through email, how to send 
values to the terms like: CC, Component, Owned by, priority etc 

I tried like this:

Type:  defect
Priority:  trivial
Component: component2
CC: email_address


and also like :

#Type:  defect
#Priority:  trivial
#Component: component2
#CC: email_address

And how to close a ticket  ,what is the command/term that need to be 
specified in the email ?

Since I'm learning about Trac and plugin, I missing these terms. So I 
request to give more info.
