Are they both running on the same server? Are the web servers configured
equivalently? I would downgrade one instance of Trac or upgrade the other
so they are both running the same version of Trac. It seems unlikely the
issue is due to Trac 1.0.3, but if we can confirm or deny that claim then
we can focus attention elsewhere in your configuration.
