I had already set the max attachment size high, but even a 1 MB zip file
upload fails.
/var/log/apache2 is where the logs are on my own home Linux machine, but
this doesn't exist on the DreamHost shared hosting. There are log files in
/home/_domain_logs/{user}/{domain}/http.nnnnnnn. On my domain (the 1.0.3
that works), this directory is owned by root and has permissions 755 so I
can view the access and error logs. On the domain where 1.0.3 fails, it's
owned by root but the permissions are 711, so I can't look at it at all.
I'll ask the DreamHost support people about those permissions.
