Hi folks ...

I've trying to get a trac installation up and running on a Mac Mini running
OS X 10.10.3 using git repositories and the apache web server. So far no
luck.

I can see a project using tracd on the local machine but I've been unable
to get it integrated with apache on the host so it can be seen externally.

I'm trying to set up a multi-project trac install to support a non-profit
rocket group I help with. If I can get it running, I can probably write a
simpler bash shell script to do all the instal stuffl, as I might install
the software at work too (again a multi-project instance on a Mac Mini).

Most of the "support" installers are 3-6 years old or designed to work with
0.12.x, not 1.0.x.

It seems to me there should be a config script that asks:

What OS are you using [linux/osx/win] ?

       What repository software [git/svn] ?

   Single or multi-project [single/multi] ?

     Starting directory [/usr/share/trac] ?

And then check for and install all the appropriate software in the
appropriate places.

Any one seen such a beast??

Michael
