You use MasterTicketsPlugin and SubticketsPlugin at the same time? They 
don't seem to be compatible. Adding SubticketsPlugin, a ticket with already 
"blocked by" and "blocking" from the MasterTicketsPlugin doesn't change 
anything in the Subtickets section.

That TracJsGanttPlugin is only for adding to Wikis? There is no menu item 
with the Gantt charts per milestone?
