They are compatible. SubticketsPlugin gives you the
parent<->child hierarchy feature, while MasterTicketsPlugin gives you a
dependency relationship I use usually between siblings.

Just add the Gantt chart to the milestone description and it'll come up
with every milestone on the Roadmap page.
